Hello, Iām Erica.
My career is shaped by my passion for addressing our most pressing and complex challenges.

My superpower is combining transformational learning design with entrepreneurial solution-finding, tech and creativity.
I am driven by supporting harder-to-reach audiences ā those often excluded from mainstream opportunities and typically most at risk during large-scale change.
An influential part of my career involved working in the music industry for a Grime Record Label, designing creative industry training programmes for young people impacted by a lack of social mobility and were often in gangs. These programmes created pathways into the creative industry, increased diversity and reframed how new entrants could enter the sector inclusively.
Following this, I took this experience to head up learning and talent at Livity, the award-winning youth engagement and marketing agency. Here we partnered with Google, Youtube and other household names to diversify the tech industry. I designed campaigns and learning programmes for issues affecting young people. We launched the first ever YouTube channel and I advised on the requirements for vocational education in the UK for the DfE and the Department of Business and Innovation.
Later on I joined Freeformers, and helped them to become the first Tech B-corp in Europe. Here, as Head of Learning, I designed global transformation programmes for retail banks and the wider retail sector. At Freeformers, we focused on the future of work and the skills required by everyone to remain meaningfully part of society and work. This included working with tech giants to design the largest tech and digital skills programmes for young people, across multiple countries.
I have designed and led global transformation programmes for major household names.
I now bring diverse people together to understand and act upon our biggest challenge - the climate and nature emergency.
I have always worked on what is on the horizon, tackling the seismic challenges we are facing head-on. So, I currently focus on enabling people and organisations, wherever they are, to develop the confidence and competence to act with agency, to address the climate and nature emergency.
I do this with a variety of clients, including Subak worldās first non-profit accelerator that scales climate impact through data, policy and behaviour change. I am also a strategic advisor for AimHi, the climate and nature educators and a board trustee at the Eden Project.
I love learning, so when I am not working, I annually pick a letter of the alphabet and learn new things starting with this letter for 12 months ā subjects included: Bee keeping, MAA (and I won my one and only official fight!), stand-up comedy and sailing.
Youāll also find me exploring mountainous regions; hiking, scrambling or riding down mountains on my DownHill Mountain Bike.

I am a board trustee at the Eden Project, and a Bio-Leadership Project Fellow and Consultant.
